Canterhill: a bathroom built on trust
The homeowner’s request was direct: she wanted an exceptional bathroom, and she trusted the team to bring it to life.
At Canterhill in Westlake Village, Magdiel Reyes and the project designer worked together to carry that ambition through design and construction. The brief gave the team a clear standard to work toward and the responsibility to turn it into a finished space.
Design and construction, considered together
Lineas Construction guided the renovation from early design coordination through construction and finish installation. Storage, material selection and a cohesive design shaped the work, bringing practical needs into the same conversation as the room’s overall character.
The collaboration between builder and designer was central to the project. The homeowner had entrusted them with both the direction and the delivery of her primary bathroom.
