Jennifer brings more than two decades of professional residential design experience, including extensive work within high-end residential development, custom homes, remodeling, and design-intensive construction.
Throughout her career, she has worked alongside experienced residential builders and development teams, including leadership responsibility within residential design operations.
Her experience extends well beyond finish and material selections. Jennifer's work encompasses space planning, kitchen and bathroom design, cabinetry and built-ins, framing coordination, plumbing and electrical planning, flooring, tile elevations, material specifications, and detailed home-specific design plans.
This depth of experience allows Jennifer to approach a project from both a creative and technical perspective considering not only how a home should look, but how it should function, how its individual elements interact, and how the design will ultimately translate into construction.

She works directly with clients to guide layouts, cabinetry, tile and stone, flooring, plumbing fixtures, lighting, finishes, colors, and other important design decisions while coordinating those decisions with Magdiel and the Lineas Construction project team. This gives homeowners direct access to an experienced design professional while maintaining one coordinatedprocess between design and construction.
